Production

The Company owns its own factory on manufacture of houses from dry cylinder logs and glued timber. Raw material: healthy wood of northern pine (from Arkhangelsk, Vologda areas and Karelia). Technology: Wood is dried in drying chambers (system of «sparing drying»), duration of a cycle of drying is increased on 50% till the optimum humidity of 18-20% is achieved. Only the logs which have successfully passed the drying cycle and a subsequent quality assurance move on an industrial line.

Structure: we use are own patented structure, which allows improving of heat preserving characteristics of walls of our houses. «The bridge of cold» in a structure of our log is 30% more then traditional «crescent-shaped» structure. The patented structure from «Timber Product» will save you more than 10% of equipment for the heating of the house! Manufacture of houses by «Timber Product» is based on last achievements in woodworking industry.
